“YUHONG” brand SPU-322 Polyurethane Road and Bridge Sealant is a synthetic macromolecule sealant by double components solidified reaction. Component A is polyurethane pre-polymer obtained from the polymerization reaction of isocyanate and polyether polyol, component B consists of various auxiliaries such as active hydrogen compounds of polyether polyol and polyamine, other auxiliaries such as dye, thixotropic agent , antioxidant and catalyst. Mix A and B with a certain proportion and stir into paste, then pour into gap, after chemical reaction, it forms an elastic and firm sealant material.


Advantages

·Environmentally friendly type material without benzene solvent, coal tar, and friendly to surroundings;
·Perfect elasticity, good resilience, be adaptive to dynamic seam joint;
·Perfect low temperature flexibility, no embrittlement and no fracture at low temperature;
·It has perfect cohesion, does not creep, resistance of small rock and other foreign matter entering, and it has high resistance of highway traffic wearing;
·Short curing time,normally 4-8 hours. small shrinkage after curing;
